After waiting an entire day for a competitor which never showed up, we called this company to fix our AC. Within 30 mins of the call a technician arrived (who we later found out... was the owner). Honest, fast repair within 30 mins done. He gave us a handout with a summary of some larger issues for later but did not gouge us. My A/C went out sometime Monday night, and I woke up to a warm house Tuesday morning. I called another company and they said they would add me to the list. I waited all day, no... call back, no technician. Nothing. In the meantime, my house is roasting and guess who's working from home? 24 hours later, still no contact from other company, and my sister recommends Air Dynamics. I immediately call them (about 8:30 this morning) and I am greeted by the friendliest receptionist, very kind and empathetic to my situation. Amanda Mims was my... technician and was excellent! Quick, efficient, and beyond knowledgeable. It's clear she loves helping people and loves her work!Clearly, this is a company that takes care of its employees, and will take care of *you* Amanda gave it to me straight; she didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't want or need. We were not happy with our previous company. So we went online and during our search we found Air Dynamics and liked what we saw. Made the call to your company and boy did we... hit the jackpot! First speaking with Stephanie who made us an appointment and explained how the company worked, etc,. top notched customer service. Then Amanda Mims was our technician and she did an excellent job of explaining things and that was before she started doing anything to our AC. She found some flaws that our previous company had done (i.e filter upside down etc.,). She did a thorough check and corrected everything that was needed She then explained everything to us again and the cost for the service was WOW, great! We even signed up for the service plan with your company. Amanda did such a wonderful job we only want her to do our services in the future now. Jeremy Lopez was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was 5pm when we got home and our AC was at 75, and climbed up to 81 by 7pm. We were trying to figure out why the air coming out was hot... like a furnace. My husband was outside trying to check the ac unit itself when he overheard our next door neighbors discussing with someone THEIR ac unit. My husband peeked his head around the corner and there was Mr. Lopez checking on our neighbors ac unit as they too had temperature issues.Mr Lopez was very quick coming to our aid (I mean, all he had to do was walk across our driveway) but he was a Godsend!!!! Thanks so much for the quick service at 9pm...at least we know our 2 small kiddos will have cooler rooms tonight!!! Definitely will be recommending!!!read more
